Hi guys,
My cousins are immigrating here in a couple of weeks and they're looking to enroll in a middle school in the city. They're not very proficient in English, so we'd like to find a school for them with a good Chinese ESL or dual-language program, where they'd be able to learn the language but still feel comfortable being able to express themselves in Chinese. The only school I know of at the moment is MS 131 (Sun Yat Sen school). Are there any other ones? They can be in any boroughs. If you know of anywhere else where I might be able to find an answer to my question, please let me know.
