Where Can A 14 Year Old Find A Job On Long Island New York?

Im 14 and am looking for a job on long island, new york. I have my working papers, but I can work "off the books" or legally. Where can I find a job?

Babysitting. Both girls and boys can babysit and it's decent money. If you take a class through the red cross (http://www.redcross.org/services/hss/care/) <<click here you will enhance your chances of a parent trusting you to watch their kids. My advice to you if you try babysitting is to try to find an age group that you are comfortable with. If dirty diapers bother you, go for older kids that are around 4 or 5. Good luck. :)

Restaurants used to let 14years olds do dishes and back room work also when I was that age... but that may be showing my age:blush:
