I need to find a lawyer in the Finger Lakes region of New York State?

My sister and I want to exume our father's ashes and have them moved, but my father's sisters and brother are fighting us. We do not know what kind of lawyer to consult with, or where to go for help with this matter. Any suggestions?

I have no advice on the lawyer part of it but have you put any serious thought into the cost of doing this? First the lawyer fees will be ridiculous. (about $200.00 an hour) Then on top of that the fees to exhume them and have them moved. I would seriously ask myself if it is really that important especially if it is upsetting other family members.
