View Full Version : WHAT FOODS should i eat every day? i want to be healthy?

i eat a lot of white rice (i know i should eat brown) since im asian
i eat meat & fish alot

what should i eat?
fruitsvegies... wht else
female im 15. 5'3. 110 lbs. if that matters

it's important to include fats, so a handful of raw unsalted almonds would be good. a good snack before breakfast and before lunch would be something like, a yogurt with some almonds and half an apple, and then half the other half after lunch. or another good fat would be peanut butter. eat things with lots of fiber... if you were to make a sandwich, use light rye bread. so basically:

lots of greens, fruit, lean meats, dairy, good fiberfilled carbs, and small portion of fats. You shouldn't deny yourself anything. if you happen to crave pizza, then have a small slice. if you don't endulge a little every once in a while, then there's a risk of binging. but you sound pretty healthy!

you sound in a healthy weight , but as long as you have the 5 food groups you should be ok. just eat wheat bread, instead white, maybe you should add yogurt to your diet, because protine is very important. But i totaly get you an the white rice, i can't stop eating that either.

Eat protein EVERYDAY
or take it
shakes foods just make sure to get it to stay healthy
