How can I keep the inside of me and the outside of me (hair and skin) healthy and healthy-looking? How often should I exercise, take a shower, take a bath, facial masks, etc.

My hair: It's dark brown, highlighted, is thick, straightish, medium-fine strands, shoulder length. Its really healthy and silky. How can I keep it this way?

My skin: Fair-usually burns before tan, and is in good condition. How can I improve it? What lotions should I put on? I'd rather stay white than go out and risk skin cancer just to tan. So how can I make my white skin healthy-looking and not pale and sick?

Face: somewhat oily, rare breakouts.

Inside: I'm sort of at risk, because my parents smoke. I hold my breath when I'm near them, too.

weight: extremely underweight. BMI is 12 point something. How can I gain weight to a healthy weight, or live a healthy lifestyle with my weight?

For eating refer to this link, scroll down to my post I answer to.

Hair - Eating healthy will keep your hair healthy.

Shower - At least once a day if not more.

Always use sunblock. I would recommend SPF 45 if not higher.

Sorry to hear about your parents second hand smoke they are giving you. That to me is child abuse. But that is my opinion only.

Read about Second Hand Smoke.

Excersising is good. Follow the healthy eating lifestyle in the link above.

If you need anything else, don't be afraid to ask.
