The new year has brought on a new attitude, I want to leave the junk food in 2007. Apple and Cherry Pie, Pizza, Popcorn, Payday Candy Bars, Donuts, Peanut Butter cookies.

I just found out that a physical therapy place in my town that just opened has aquatic therapy. I am going to convince my doctor that that is what I should take in the way of physical therapy. Two reasons, because my back and neck is shot and because I need to get some weight off. Then if I can handle water sports my mom said she is getting me and hubby a membership to the Y so I can swim for excersise.

BYE BYE junk food. You will be missed. :crybaby2:

On to a more healthy eating pattern. :hungry:

I like snickers bars. I try not to eat them too often, but Take 5's are good too.

I love Hot Cheese Popcorn (http://www.hotcheesepopcorn.com) (and yes I own that site :D ) it's hard to find where I live upstate.

I'm also a big fan of dollar store goodies. You know the bags of candy you get for a dollar a piece. I like Mary Jane's, Sour Gummy Worms, and all that good stuff. I used to be big on little Debbie cakes but now a days those are too sweet for me.

I normally stock up my junk draw in my nightstand every other week..I know I'm bad. :p
