What are your favorite board games?

I like monopoly and chess. Scrabble is pretty good too.

What are your favorite board games now? What were they when you were a kid?

Some others that come to mind are Stratego, Racko, Life, Sorry, and Trouble, but Monopoly was always my favorite.

Probably Scrabble. Not sure if they have a newer version of monopoly out but if they had a version where it is a little more realistic like buying in the ghetto and stealing from the rich, something to spice things up a bit.

I played the new super scrabble tonight that has more letter pieces, a bigger board, more bonus squares, etc.

I am in search of a good online original official scrabble dictionary that's more restrictive than the current ones.

I really love board games. My favorite is Scrabble. I also like Upwords. My favorites are the ones that really make you use your brain and any kind of word games.

I also like the silly ones to play with the kids. I like Mad and Bonkers......speaking of which, I bought Bonkers last year on Ebay...I am going to have to look for it. I bought 3 games from when I was a kid that I wanted to play with my kids. I bought Mad, Bonkers, and Survive.

Wow. I'm crushed. I won the spelling bee in Niagara County when I was twelve and I spell Jeopardy wrong. Wow. I can't even blame it on a typo. :(

I like Life the board game also. Can't stand Risk, Don't know how to play Chess. I don't play board games. PC games seem to be what we do in our household.
