(Rochester, N.Y.) - All of the customers who lost power in last Wednesday's wind storm were back online by Saturday night.
But, Rochester Gas and Electric wanted to make sure all repairs had been made. So, they called in some special help to make sure everything was back on.
RG&E officials went up in helicopters Sunday to check the wires. They performed visual, as well as, infrared inspections to make sure there were no damaged or broken lines.
RG&E said they began inspections on Saturday, and they will continue as long as necessary.
