I don't use fake sugar 'cause that freaks me out, but is it OK to eat this product? It says that it's an "egg substitute." What exactly is in there?

Usually its egg whites with God knows what to make it yellow.

If you use 2 egg whites to one yolk..that's a way to cut back on fat and cholesterol, and do it the most natural way.
(2 egg whites=1 egg), in case you need to subsitute in recipes.
