If you were to ask Warren Buffett that question I would expect he would tell you the when the price of stock are as they currently are one should consider buying some of the current better values. They do not come along very often. The trick is determining the better values.

Buy low, sell high. When people are buying, sell, and when they are selling, buy.

Too bad I don't have a little extra cash right now to have ready for a few weeks or months from now.

There are going to be (probably already are) some very nice deals out there.
