I'm doing a report for my biology and I decided to compare an animal cell to New York City. I'm having trouble deciding on what would be considered the nucleus, though. Something that the city can't live without. Something that the city relies on and gives life to the city. Can ya help me out? Thank you!

Hi,
I think mid-town would be the nucleus... it is the entrance from points outside of the city and all disembark to their various destinations. Also the heart of all businesses, entertainment, restaurants, etc...
that's all i got
