Maybe if their customer service didn't treat people like dirt so many people wouldn't be leaving.

My problem with Sprint is, they are suppose to give me a discounted rate because I am a non profit organization and they seem to find all these hidden fees every month to tack on. I can't count on the bill being one specific fee each month. I have to call up and tell them they are putting bogus charges on my account. :gah:
