Somedays I am excited with where KDT is going and somedays I am like, what am I doing.* I am sinking my own money into the organization.
I am not making any money.
The traffic that goes to the websites is next to nothing.
Getting a grant is next to impossible.
It gets frustrating.*
If it wasn’t for the emotional rewards of seeing kids safe from internet predators and the pile of clothes I turn in to homeless shelters for kids that don’t have anything, I am not sure how much longer I would continue in this line of work.*
I know this one girl was taunted by the internet predator and met him in real life.* She was on the verge of suicide.* Her mom found it in her diary.* We had the predator turned in and he is tucked away from kids in jail where he can never hurt them again.* So in that incident,* a life was saved.*
