should we buy a house in long island, new york, now?

we are thinking of buying a house in long island. does school district matters? we found a house we like in a great location but the school district is less desirable. we have very young sons. should we get a small house in the best school district or a bigger house in an ok school district?

If you plan on staying in that house, I would go for a better school district because you have children. Size doesn't always matter except in certain areas I am told. But I am not a size person. Its all in how it is used. :innocent:
