View Full Version : Do you think it is possible to go swimming in each of the finger lakes in one day?

you have to do it from sunrise to sunset. I've heard that magical things can happen if this is accomplished.

Sure, why not? I've heard of people visiting each of the Disney Parks in 1 day (before there was Hong Kong - they did Paris, 4 WDW in Florida and the 1 in California). If someone can do that, why not swim in each of the Finger Lakes in a day?

Maybe we can have a DNY outing this summer!

Yes, I think it's possible, they're in a small enough area, though you'd have to do some quick swimming, and keep driving to the next one. They're fairly close to each other, though.

I've never heard that legend, though, and certainly never have tried it.

Maybe do it in the summer when there's more sunlight, and therefore more time between sunrise and sunset.
