Website question

My friend has this website and she is trying to delete a couple lines off of the index.htm file. She did so and it still shows when she brings up her website. Example www.ruffliferescue.org (http://www.ruffliferescue.org) will still show the Vets info but if you go to www.ruffliferescue.org/index.htm (http://www.ruffliferescue.org/index.htm) the vets info isnt there. Whats the trick to making it disappear. She needs to get rid of her vets info. She got a new vet.

Different index files? index.html vs index.htm vs index.php check all the index.* files.

Also, try forcing a browser reload, maybe the change is cached or something.
