Update on Case

I might be getting close to a connection to the two states the predator keeps talking about.* I found out there is a sex offender and has lived in those two states.** He has done this before thats why he is on the sex offenders registry.* So it makes sense he knows about the two different states.* So my guess he is in the state that he is registered as a sex offender in.* And that is the state his IP address is coming up in.*
