should i play hudson valley knights or triple threat?

i want to play triple threat because of my friends but i heard that they have like set teams and i wont get playing time and with hudson valley knights i will get playing time but dont know anyon there

some of my friends play hudson valley knights and some do triple threat for aau girls basketball but i cant choose.

choose the one that is more accomplished and popular. the scouts tend to follow those. it's not about having friends its about finding the best program. if this involves playing with your friends thats a bonus. i used to play for a team where i got major minutes and got the ball alot, but we weren't that good. so i transfered to the ny gauchos. one of the top aau programs in the country. i came off the bench, but i traveled more and i played against better teams
