I am interested in the best areas of queens or nassau county (preferably north shore) where I could rent a house, have parties, and not have to worry about snooty neighbors. I would be interested in a 3-4 bedroom house, preferably detached (so I didn't have to share walls with neighbors who might get mad).
Other considerations would be either parking, or LIRR stops nearby so that people could get there easily.
