Wow, there does seem to be a nasty flu going around here too that I've luckily avoided. You poor thing I hope your on the road to recovery soon. Start popping the Zinc and Vitamin C to help get over whatever you have, it really does work!:wavey:

I asked the Pharmacy people at Wegmans what is good for the people in the house who are not sick yet. (I did not see this yet). They said treat the symptoms for Theresa since she has already been sick a couple days (too late for C and zinc to matter much, but they did mention the same thing), and keep up the Vitamin C (OJ) for the kids. Avoid getting coughed on, wash hands often, and all that good stuff.

Thank you very much to everyone that sent get well wishes. I haven't had the flu in so many years I can't remember and hope to never get it again.

I ended up sickest on Friday. Thursday I made it until 4 at work and couldn't last another hour. There was just no way. My fever was over 101 and I felt like death. I tried getting ready for work Friday morning when my temp was 101.7 and finally gave in when I realized there was no way I could make it. I laid on the couch and didn't move from it until Saturday morning.

A special thanks to the 3 musketeers that made me awesome milkshakes and kept the house clean and neat for me. (I had no appetite but chocolate shakes were good) There is nothing worse than being sick as a dog and starting to feel better just to find out that there is a whole boat load of stuff around the house that needs to be done.

A very special thank you to Jazzy for cleaning up her bedroom that was quite messy, that was a really special treat for me. :thanks:

Glad you are better. Ummm, check with Ray but I was in Flashchat with him and Jazzie and she corrected him that Jazzie is with a IE not with a Y. :rofl:. She let him know very clearly. :laughing6:

The way I remember it is that you were going into work and gave me the evil :the_finger: when I said it 's probably not the best idea to go to work, and instead take a day to rest up so you would not get any worse than you had already gotten the last couple days going to work. Your temp was going up every day and you kept going anyways. Good, yeah, um, not so much.
