Hi Everyone,
I am a board member to CAPS (Central Adirondack Paddlers Association), and I would like any one that kayaks or canoes, to an event that we are having on September 13, 2008 for Susan G. Koman and Breast Cancer awareness. It's called "One Square Mile of Hope" and it's also and information fair for all of women and women's needs. Registration or sign up for the event will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday(Day of the Event) and what we are trying to do it also break the Guinness world's record for more that 776 Kayaks in one square mile of water. We need volunteers for all the different points of entry into the water, we need people who have women's information for public display to have a booth promoting their information, we have a full water front and park available for set up for up to 100 booths, or as low as 31, but we would like to see alot of land lubbers that have information. Contact the Inlet Information center at inletny@eagle-wireless.com (inletny@eagle-wireless.com) :yay:We are looking to having a really great time, just need everyone participation.
