There was a festival of lights in Canandaigua before. Does anyone know if it is still there? I have been searching and searching for it. I can't find it anywhere. The last I heard neighbors were complaining about it (grinches:() It was spectacular and not as far as Buffalo. Does anyone know anything about a festival of lights that is closer than Buffalo?
