NY Budget Finally passed

Sure it is more on time then usual I'll give them that but seriously, what would your boss do if you missed your deadlines every single year?? I find it annoying that they can never pass the budget on time, obviously more annoying how much upstate typically gets screwed with funds too...but thats another subject :censored1:
