Anyone use AutoBlogger in here?

Autoblogger is attached to my husbands blog and I want to totally remove it (wordpress blog) but everytime I remove the file... I crash his site, which is a high traffic site so if I don't figure out what I am doing wrong soon I may get in trouble with him LOL I've personally never used the program but there must be some file that it has that makes worpress work tied into it that I am deleting at the same time I delete AutoBlogger... anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Is it a WP plugin? Disable the plugin before you remove the file. That should do the trick. Actually, if you disable the plugin, you should be able to safely leave the file in place.

Its the huge program that attaches to WP through the use of the ionic cube. Its being a real PITA for me. Since its not my blog, I'm in favor of just yanking it and installing the new WP update, but it causes more errors then I thought it would that way. How annoying!

Kim why not do a wordpress backup thought the admin panel (WP Admin >Manage > Export), then trash the whole WP install and setup a new install with a new DB and import the old posts?

Having never used autoblogger I don't have any other suggestions for you without seeing the developers site and your files.

You shouldn't, just open the export file in a text editor and make sure everything is there.. It's pretty easy to follow almost l like a raw RSS feed. :)
