How did you find the forum?

I just simply typed in New York forums in my google search, and zap... there is was, I was looking for a localized forum to become a part of. Most of the ones I belong to have a wider membership base.

I actually live in Denton, Texas which is about 40-50 miles north of Dallas. I am moving to New York at the end of May.

I have only been to New York on Vacation. I have visited 1000 islands, Niagara Falls, NYC, and the Adirondack area. I have been looking for a new job, and found one in near Buffalo. I always wanted to live in an area that had four seasons. I can't wait for the winter (snow). So I will be starting a new job at the end of July and wanted to give myself a good 2 months to getting acclimated to the area.
