A budget does not necessarily correspond well with " the best."

Might I suggest that you join theknot.com and ask on their local board? People might have some recommendations. Also, look on www.pictage.com.

Some considerations in price: Do you get a copy of all of your pictures? Is basic retouching included in price?

In my wedding shopping, the cheapest seems to be around $1000, but that doesn't include the disc often or retouching of photos.
