Looking for a business networking script

Wondering if anyone know of, or has seen a site with, a good business type networking script. I need it to be able to list people, title, job info and upload their pics, also have the ability to search by zip code to find professionals in their area.

I've looked at directory type script with none that seem to have all of these abilities.
