I am looking for a house and a very small farm for sale in NY. At a low price of under $40,000.
(Tax Sale Farms?)

If anyone has any websites that I could go to for LOW COST SMALL FARMS in NEW YORK,
that would be great.
Pref. Farm Sale sites that sell under $40,000.
