After entering in my criteria (4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bath, 2 or 3 stories, 1 or 2 bay garage, 1800-2200 sq. ft.), I was left with 438 homes. I fell in love with this one (http://www.dreamhomesource.com/queen_anne_house-plans_DHSW45390.hwx):

This ones mine...wish they had it in color. But the price is only a mere $1,065,000 3075 sq ft. Thats alot of design work! Not a fan of first floor bedrooms but the rest is nice

How did you get the cost to build? Did you pay for the $30 software? I don't see a free option on that site (or did yours come from a different site?).

Ray - what did you specify that gave you 0 results? 6 bedrooms & 800 sq. ft.?

No I didn't pay anything, after it gave me the options I clicked on the picture of the one I liked, to the right of it it said how much it would cost, and also $800 just to get the specs from them!
