When making directory postings I usually use something like the following:

Thanks!! We are trying to come up with a slogan/saying to be associated with it. Maybe someday it could be put on a t-shirt with our logo. :)

I suggest you keep it keyword rich to get the most benefit out of it.
"New York chat room for networking, free classifieds, huge arcade and NY topics"

although I don't really know your keywords to begin with, but I like to stuff as many features and keywords in my descriptions as possible
