Hello,

I have a used char broil grill. It needs some maintenance. It no longer works after the last time I tried to clean it. If you can get it to work you'll have yourself a nice grill at a cheap price! I'm looking for $20. Please private message me (http://www.discussny.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=8) if you are interested. Thank you.

If I knew that it wouldn't be up for sale! :)

All I did was use water to flush out the burners like the cleaning instructions said to do.

Did you try lighting it manually? Don't use the electric starter - use a LONG match or one of those long candle lighters - just don't try something short or you'll burn yourself. Sounds like the starter is gone, but I'm sure gas pumps through the lines just fine (you DO have gas in the tank - right?)

I have gas in the tank. I don't hear it flowing though.

I am already on matches, the electric starter stopped working last year.

I'd keep troubleshooting w/ you here, but sounds like you want to sell it.

To the new buyer: replace the gas hose to the burner. Probably about $4 at Home Depot. If that doesn't work... well, at least you got to see Ray in person when you picked it up - isn't that worth $20 alone???

I'll sweat some Ray juice on to it that she can use for seasoning while cooking up her burgers!

That's sexy, right?
