Balloon Fest Weekend

I was looking forward to going to the Jamesville Beach Balloon Fest this weekend, but so far the balloons have all been grounded because of this crappy weather! Such a shame, the balloons they have are truly beautiful and unique. Hoping the weather clears. Was anyone else going?
