Best Central New York Foods?

I think CNY has a ton of local foods, especially for this time of year that the rest of the country just has no idea what we're talking about when we mention them (and sometimes even other parts of our own state)

Some of my absolute favorite picnic CNY foods would have to be chicken speidies and salt potatoes. Anyone else have some that they can't live without in the summer?

I also must have one funnel cake per summer and at least one Abbott's.
(I'm slacking, haven't been to Abbott's yet this year!)

I have to admin, I've never had Abbotts ice cream! Crazy, I always see them and have never had any. I love Hoffmans Hot dogs though too! Way better then Hydes hot dogs here...sorry Hydes!

My brother sings the jingle for Abbott's: "I've got to have it, I've really got to have it!" Not sure if they are still using this jingle tho...it was recorded a few years ago.
