Hi Everyone
Thankyou for all your birthday wishes

I know I haven't been around for a while, we had a great holiday in the north of Scotland,will post some photos when I get around to it. I seemed to aquire a chest infection whilst we were away and haven't been able to shake it off, it just left me in a "I can't be bothered" state of mind.

Then I had devastating news on the 18th July, my brother, Ian, died suddenly, pneomonia and ultimately heart failure, even more distressing was he was living in Capetown, thousands of miles away and there was nothing I could do.

Fortunately, a long standing friend of ours from the UK now living in Capetown has organized everything and has been with me every step of the way.
Although Ian was only in Capetown for four years he made many friends
and tributes I have had have been a great comfort.

There was just the two of us and neither have any extended family and although we were so many miles apart we were very close, I am missing him very much.

We have wondered where you were and missed you and your pictures that you often post. I AM SO SORRY to hear about your brother. I am also sorry to hear you haven't felt well.

I am glad that you weren't giving up on us over here. Taking time away is certainly understandable. Feel better soon. hugs :grouphug:

I can only imagine what you have been going through. My deepest regrets and hope for better days ahead for you!
