You can follow the links in the instructions by clicking on them or follow the instructions step by step.
You will need to click on control panel (http://www.discussny.com/usercp.php).
click on pictures and albums (http://www.discussny.com/all_albums.php)
you can then either click on add album or the link that says add an album and start uploading pictures
pick a title for your album and if you choose you can be more descriptive in the box below.
you then choose if you want your albums public and anyone can see them or private and only people on your buddy lists and moderators can see them.
then click on submit
then click on browse to search the pictures you want that are on your computer and then hit submit.
WARNING! Pictures take a long time to upload. Your best bet is to only do 3 pictures maximum at one time otherwise it will time out on you.
