Member Titles

Hello,

I could use a little help with coming up with some custom member titles to replace the generic Jr Member, Member, Sr. Member titles.

Any ideas?

Maybe titles like "Newbie New Yorker" "Lifetime New Yorker" etc to go along with post counts?

Maybe use DNY in the titles to shorten it (for discuss New York) just a thought. DNY newbie, dNY resident, dNY Lover I don't know I'm thinking outloud here LOL

OK, until we have something better, I'm trying out:

0 posts - Visiting
1-24 posts - New in Town
25-99 posts - Resident
100-499 posts - Citizen
500+ posts - Local Legend

That will give us some time to work on it while everyone is working on achieving 500 posts. ;)

I really wanted to use Village Idiot, but figured that was a little harsh for new members with 0 posts, so I'm using that for the banned members group. :D

Supporting Members (http://www.discussny.com/payments.php) get the "I Love New York", and have the ability to create their own titles.

0 posts - Visiting
1-24 posts - New in Town
25-99 posts - Resident
100-499 posts - Citizen
500-999 posts - Statesman
1000-2499 posts - Local Legend
2500+ posts - I Love New York

Oops, conflict. supporting members and 2500+ were the same.

1000-2499 = NYS Tour Guide
2500+ = Local Legend

Supporting Members are still I Love New York.
