new garage door?

I don't know if its worth it to buy a "better" garage door or just get a cheap one. It has an electonic opener on the door. I am wondering if its worth it to get a good insulation or not; and if it matter how thick the door it, etc. Or maybe I just buy an inexpensive one? Does anyone know if its a worthy home improvement? >- and yes, my old one is worn and squeaky and getting unreliable so its not just a whim replacement.?

I'm on my 3rd door in 6 years. Pay a little bit extra.

The original rotted and broke into pieces, the second had to be replaced when I widened my garage.

With a few questions I learned you are paying for the ability for it to take hits and not dent, not so much insulate your garage.
