Here's a bunch of Bat/Bar Mitzvah games from a DJs site..They seem age appropriate and maybe even fun. :)

Driveway Olympics.
Get out all of the chalk, jump ropes, skateboards, balls, whatever and make some driveway olympic events!
:yay:
Please hold the events a safe distance away from the cars !!!!!!

some that I remember:
What's Missing? Put a bunch of objects out on a tray and let everyone observe the items, taking mental inventory of what is there. Remove the tray from view and remove a bunch of items, and set the tray back out. The kids then write down what is missing. Whoever gets the most items correct, wins.
Pinatas really no explaination needed..but they have pull-string pinatas now too. No hitting required...just pick a random string that's dangling and one lucky string pulls open the hatch and out come the goodies...the rest just come off.
Balloon Bop kids all stand in a circle and hit or kick the balloon to each other while music plays. The balloon must not touch the ground. If it does, the person closest to the balloon is out. Also, when the music is stopped by the party host, the last person who touched the balloon is out. Play until only one player is left.
Ill try to think of more...:D

when i was in pre-k i went to a birthday party with jenna. they had that kind of pinata. i think jenna didnt have the one that opened it. i think that she tugged it so hard that it broke from the pressure.
