Please list here some of the silly examples of political correctness having gone unnecessarily too far.
For example, kids no longer sitting "Indian style", but instead sitting "Criss Cross Applesauce" :laughing6:

Santa cannot say "Ho, Ho, Ho" because it offends Hos.. Should we talk to the rappers about this or possibly the hos should keep their legs closed?? :iamwithstupid:
It's no longer a Christmas Party it's now a "Holiday party"
Folks, I'm on of the most flexible people you'll ever meet when it comes to other people's religious preferences and other life choices.. Even things I don't agree with, I'm very tolerant of but the attack of all things Christian is a damn shame and getting a bit old. :banghead:

Don't forget you aren't supposed to call it a Christmas tree anymore either because of that snot nosed little atheist brat that put up a stink a few years back. I did a search on it but couldn't find the exact match for the little brat that was in the news a few years ago causing a ruckus over it. You can click on some of the things in my link here though and find some pretty ridiculous (http://search.yahoo.com/search?fr=ytff1-msgr&p=cant%20call%20it%20a%20christmas%20tree&ei=UTF-8) stuff.
I don't tell Jewish people what to call their menorah. They are free to practice and believe whatever they want and that goes for every other religion and culture. Talk about ridiculous. Leave me and my CHRISTMAS TREE alone!!!!!!!!! :censored1:

Funny one Harry although I do find it ridiculous that we called it "Indian style" forever and now all of a sudden we can't because it might be considered offensive. If I were Native American, I would find nothing offensive about a way of sitting referencing me in any way.

Funny how rappers can get away with saying Ho's but not Santa.
This reminds me of a story. When my ex left for his Ho, I mean women. :frog: we were driving down the road and there was this sign. "Hoe for rent" One of my kids said, look mom, they must be renting dads HOE out. I tryed so hard not to laugh. :offtopic:

I remember that, wasn't it the kid's Dad (an atheist) who didn't want his son saying the pledge since it mentions god? That was pretty high on the retarded scale (course that wasn't very PC of me...)
I actually like the changes in the names of job titles.. for example when I worked at KFC in High School (one or two years back...cough cough) I was a cook and now they're called "Food Service Technicians"...you know instead of the people at Starbucks being something like coffee makers they're called Barristas...always cracks me up

I was thinking of the CHRISTMAS tree actually (it was an atheist snot nosed girl complaining) There was also the one you are referring to whining about the pledge.

I haven't heard of the christmas tree thing... I'm assuming that's for the public oriented trees I'm sure...
How absolutely silly!
I guess if we give it enough time God will be dead entirely replaced by politically correct deity of choice....:innocent:

I AM A BAD AMERICAN
http://webmail.aol.com/35790/aol/en-us/Mail/get-attachment.aspx?uid=1.20946754&folder=Sent&partId=4
YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW MY NAME ,
I am beside you, behind you, in front of you...I'm everywhere
YES, I'M A BAD AMERICAN
The key word here is AMERICAN....
NOTafrican-american;Hispanic-american;Irish-american; etc.
get it??? its just
AMERICAN
I Am the Liberal-Progressives Worst Nightmare. I am an American.
I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family, not some Liberal governmental functionary be it Democratic or Republican!
I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!
I think owning a gun doesn't make you a killer, it makes you a smart American.
I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything.
I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, do it in English.
I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.
http://webmail.aol.com/35790/aol/en-us/Mail/get-attachment.aspx?uid=1.20946754&folder=Sent&partId=5
My heroes are John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Rogers, and whoever canceled Jerry Springer.
I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor.
I know wrestling is fake and I don't waste my time watching or arguing about it.
I've never owned a slave, or was a slave, I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you! So, shut up already.
I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country! This is AMERICA ...
If you were born here and don't like it you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you.
I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution.
Can I get an AMEN on that one?
I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what color you are.
And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my drivers license.
I think it's good..... And I'm proud that "God" is written on my money.
I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years
I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making "donations" to their cause.
I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents.
I believe "illegal" is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.
I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA !
If this makes me a BAD American, then yes, I'm a BAD American
If you are a BAD American too, please forward this to everyone you know.
We want our country back!
We NEED GOD BACK IN OUR COUNTRY!
WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE,
ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE
and I say AMEN to that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
