What are some things you do to try and eat healthy?

I'm going to make more of an effort to drink a glass of water instead of eating a snack.

You?

Cutting down on ants alone should be sufficient. JMO

*sigh* spell checker doesn't tell you when you have the wrong word but spelled correctly. :(

After dinner, I try to brush, floss & rinse immediately. Then, later in the night, I'm less tempted to eat because I just took all that time to clean my teeth, and I'm too lazy to do it again.

Being lazy has it's benefits.

I'll have to try that one out sometime.

I've been bad about the after 7:00pm snacking lately.

I have an interesting question...... what would happen if you only ate foods strictly from this list without anything on them and only drank water? Would you die?

Ok, I just clicked the link and I quote, "Keep in mind that a diet limited to onlythese foods could lead to malnutrition (according to Wikipedia), so don't go getting all unhealthy on us." I would think that malnutrition would be the least of your worries. If you are getting negative calories, wouldn't that kill you eventually?

Ummm. I love blueberries on pretty much everything! I am a big George Foreman grill fan. I love that thing, I actually used it all summer even and rarely grilled outside. It is pretty gross though how much grease comes off of everything.

I prefer grilling outside to the George Foreman.

The Wegmans chicken with the flavors already on it is good stuff.
