Will it snow in New York City this February?

I am from Conn. but live in Florida. However, I have not seen snow for three years! Anyways, my friend and I are taking a little NYC vacation from Feb. 15th-19th. Do you think I might get to experience some snow during this time? How was the NYC weather in Feb. last year? So far in Florida, we are having a warmer than usual winter. :(
