...time? My daughter will eat curry rice, even if I hide just about anything in it. She will only eat corn if it is popped. Anyone have any other great suggestions?

I've heard Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food has some great recipes in it - things like brownies made from carrots & spinach, but taste like brownies.

I put a can of spinach in my meatloaf. You can't taste it at all. (although I love spinach)
It makes it very moist and the kids eat it no problem.

I also used to puree kidney beans with cream cheese and put it on bagels for my oldest when she was around 2. I was pretty clever. :cool:
