which SUNY has the best college life?

I'm interested to transfer to SUNY, but which one has the best college life, esp. for international student? Which one has the best location?

I want to transfer to business/economics-related major. So, at first, I'm interested in Binghamton University. However, many people said that the city is awful. How about Plattsburgh, Oswego, Buffalo, and Geneseo?

I like Binghamton and they really have a great program and have come to be a highly respected SUNY school. I think the location is all on what type of "city" your looking for. A bigger one or smaller community. Perhaps research the cities in general to see which one fits your personality and likings.
