| I am the coon! | Well I was going to make chicken fajitas but hubby just had to stop at Apple Bees for lunch today and had fajitas for lunch so now I'm making pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Maybe a salad. |

| I am the coon! | No actually corn and carrots are my favorites but green beans seem to go better with pork chops and it's a color thing. It just makes the dish look right. lol |

| Buffalo Chicken Pasta (here's the recipe I use)
Combine mayonnaise (or miracle whip), dressing and milk in a small bowl. Add to vegetables in skillet. Add chicken. Stir constantly and cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated. When pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Add contents of skillet to pot and mix well. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately. Serve with additional hot sauce if desired.

| no fajitas tonight...my daughter has picked up a bit of a stomach bug and I didn't want to tempt her with a lot of diary. I made each person whatever sandwich they wanted and chicken noodle soup. |
