These kinds of sites always seem to drop me in the 80%+ Romney camp, even though my views are very similar to those told they are 80%+ Obama.

In a chat this morning (wording cleaned up a like when copying from IM to forum post) I came up with this off the top of my head:

    • Neither candidate jumps out to me as someone I like
    • I want the country to pay off it's debt. I don't like debt. I'd prefer to see that done mostly with reducing spending not increasing taxes Romney
    • I like science and exploration. Anything space and discovery is good Either
    • Crack down on fraud. That pays for itself if done right Either
    • I don't know enough about health to comment on it except to say I'm generally only for helping to pay for others who really need it, I shouldn't be chipping in for everyone Romney
    • Fixing bridges before they collapse is cool too Either
    • If illegals are doing jobs we don't like, like janitor work, leave them alone. If they are dealing drugs deport them Romney
    • Minimize the taxes on dividends. Romney

I'll add a couple additional comments:

    • Military - I am for dealing with the fights elsewhere to keep them away from my front door. Romney
    • It's a shame any abortions happen. Don't want to see them, though I understand there are some exceptions where some people might feel they are necessary. Romney
    You are undecided???

PolitiFact | Romney claims five studies back up his tax plan

and tax cuts for the wealthy (this ranked half true by the original statement so just read everything)

PolitiFact Ohio | Ted Strickland claims Romney would cut millionaires' taxes by $250,000 but raise them for middle class

I like science and exploration. Anything space and discovery is good Read for yourself

Crack down on fraud. That pays for itself if done right OBAMA There has been a huge crack down on fraud with medicaid and medicare. (people that are on it and providers charging too much. Obama announces effort to crack down on Medicare and Medicaid fraud - Live Pulse - POLITICO.com

Obama administration cracking down on health care fraud - Houston Chronicle

I don't know enough about health to comment on it except to say I'm generally only for helping to pay for others who really need it, I shouldn't be chipping in for everyone OBAMA

everyone would have to pay for their own healthcare. If they truly couldn't afford it, they would get help. It would end up being cheaper than all the people now that don't have any insurance that end up having medical emergencies and not paying for it and in the long run, we end up paying for it. I have friends that live in Canada and they don't know why there is such a big deal being made out of Obamacare. They have NOTHING negative to say about their health care system.

Fixing bridges before they collapse is cool too EITHER (no facts on this one-I would just hope either one would do the right thing here.

If illegals are doing jobs we don't like, like janitor work, leave them alone. If they are dealing drugs deport them OBAMA Undocumented immigrants line up for relief from deportation - CNN.com

Romney said he would honor temporary work permits granted before he takes office (if he does) for undocumented immigrants brought here as children by their parents, who graduated or are enrolled at a U.S. high school and have clean criminal records apply for permits that would shield them from deportation and allow them to find jobs. BUT he vows to end the program in November if he's elected.

Romney's camp clarifies they'll end Obama's immigration executive order

Minimize the taxes on dividends. ROMNEY

I'll add a couple additional comments:

Military - I am for dealing with the fights elsewhere to keep them away from my front door. EITHER I don't think Obama is afraid of war, he's just not gung ho for it like Romney. He seems a bit too anxious about it to me. He almost acts like he can't wait to get us neck deep in shit. Romney wants to add 2 TRILLION to the defense budget that the military HASN'T EVEN ASKED FOR. http://www.politifact.com/personalities/barack-obama/

It's a shame any abortions happen. Don't want to see them, though I understand there are some exceptions where some people might feel they are necessary. OBAMA Romney would like Roe VS. Wade overturned.

PolitiFact | Debbie Wasserman Schultz says Mitt Romney supports personhood amendments, wants to overturn Roe vs. Wade

Politifact is an awesome website. It is the only website I can find that is completely neutral. They don't sugarcoat either side. They call it like it is.

If you google "is politifact bias" when you get the results 9 out of 10 say it is biased toward Obama. 1 says it is neutral. This is only the results from the first page. It seems politifact is biased

I don't put stock in that. You can google ANYTHING and get results! Look how many results you get when you google "the earth is flat"

    https://www.google.com/search?q=the+...ient=firefox-a

BOTH sides try to say it's biased because they don't like it when things they have said are put under the microscope. I have seen BOTH sides raising holy hell saying it was biased just because they didn't like what it had to say about the candidate they support. Does it say things that Obama doesn't get a "completely true" answer on? Yep! That's because it's unbiased. You have to take the good and the bad to learn the truth about who you want to support.

It is the least biased, user friendly site to fact check hands down.
