|  Garfunkel and Oates? Anyone heard of this notorious duo? They're have an event coming up at the Gotham Comedy Club. And if you soooo need a laugh trip, this one heck to check out. Home By 9 Presents: An Evening with Garfunkel & Oates If you aren't familiar with Garfunkel & Oates they are an LA-based off beat comedy/music duo made up of actresses Riki Lindhome (Last House on the Left, My Best Friend's Girl) and Kate Micucci (Scrubs, When in Rome). CNN did a piece on the group because their song, "Sex with Ducks", was causing debates in the political blogosphere. They were asked to perform with the legendary John Oates (Hall & Oates), they have an ongoing show at Upright Citizens Brigade in LA and they were a stand out at the 2009 Montreal Comedy Festival. They have also been invited to the Vancouver Comedy Festival and to The Melbourne Comedy Festival in Australia in March of 2010. $20 Cover + 2 Beverage Minimum per Person 212.367.9000 Gotham Comedy Club 208 W. 23rd Street New York, NY 10011 (Between 7th & 8th Avenues) |
