its basically an arena where the Knicks and Rangers play. Deep underneath is Penn Station where you can catch the LIRR, NJ Transit and NYC subways.
There are lots of places to shop eat, buy wine and get good food. |

I know, Im annoyed that Muse are playing there on 5th March and I dont come over there until 26th March, I love Muse, but then I have already seen them live.
But why call it that name - why not Madison Round Garden |

It's not too far from Time Square perhaps that's why? According to this page it was build on what used to be Madison Square Park. Madison Square, New York City
