Spicy Corn

1 can of whole kernel corn
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 peter pepper (opt. this will really spice it up)

Cook corn as directed
finely chop onions and peppers
in frying pan saute onions until light brown. Add green, red, jalapeno peppers, and peter pepper (opt.) saute for about 3 or 4 minutes then add corn cook for about 2 minutes. Serve with grilled chicken. Want to make it pretty and interesting have more green or red bell peppers cut off the top hollow them out put spicy corn inside put the top back on or lean it against the pepper for looks.

This is one of my most favorite dishes but I most warn you then corn is very SPICY. lol hence the name.

You don't put any liquid in it? Isn't it really crumbly? I never heard of that sausage around here. Is it ground?

NO do not put any type of liquid in it that is what the melted cheese is for. It does take a minute or two to mix it well. You can also use sage Jimmy Dean sausage.
